Terms and Conditions
Effective from 28 March 2026.
By booking a consultation or service with Anna Doran Health, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Cancellation policy: I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations of consultations and coaching sessions. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be asked to pay half of the service price.
- Cooling-off period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a booking within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, if you have requested that the service begins within the 14-day period (e.g., by attending a consultation or receiving your Meal Balance Check feedback), you agree to waive this right for any service already provided.
- Meal Balance Check: After receiving your 5-day food diary, I will deliver your personalised feedback via email within 5 working days. You will then have 5 days of follow-up support via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram to ask questions. No refund is available once feedback has been delivered.
- Initial Consultation: After the session, written materials (meal plans, recommendations, summaries) will be sent to you. Please ask any questions about these materials within 14 days. This does not enter you into an ongoing support agreement — if you require continued support, please book a follow-up session or coaching programme.
- Follow-up sessions: A follow-up session is available at a discounted rate of £79 if booked within 6 months of your initial consultation. After 6 months, a new initial consultation at full price (£109) will be required.
- Health Coaching programme: All 6 sessions must be used within a 2-month period from the date of your first session. Unused sessions after this period will expire.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe. I do not store your card details. Full payment is required prior to the service.
- Refund policy: I do not offer refunds for completed services. For the Meal Balance Check, no refund is available once feedback has been delivered. For consultations, if the service has not yet been provided and you cancel outside the 24-hour period, a full refund will be issued. All services are provided with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- As a client, you are responsible for: attending your consultation on time, ensuring a stable internet connection for online sessions, and making any payments due prior to the service.
- As an HCPC-registered Dietitian (DT034558) and member of the British Dietetic Association, all services are provided in full compliance with the professional code of conduct for dietitians as outlined by the BDA and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I hold professional indemnity insurance.
- All data held will be kept confidential and in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Please see my Privacy Policy for full details.
- If you are asked for your GP contact details, please be aware that I may contact your GP to provide feedback on your consultation. I will always ask for your consent before doing so.
- In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, your session may be cancelled by me within 24 hours. If this happens, no payment will be due and you will be offered an alternative date as soon as possible.
- The information and advice provided during all services is for educational and informational purposes and does not replace medical advice from your doctor or medical team. Always consult your GP before making significant changes to your diet if you have a medical condition. Results are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person.
- Testimonials and case studies: With your consent, anonymised case studies or testimonials may be shared on my website and social media channels (including Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube and Telegram). No identifying information such as your name, photo, or contact details will be shared without your explicit written permission. All content shared on social media is for educational purposes only and does not constitute individual medical or dietary advice.
